Any news and recommendations on the platform constitute market commentary only and are not investment advice. Tradiflux is not responsible for your trading decisions.
Agreement Terms
Tradiflux reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Updates are posted on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of changes.
Restrictions and Prohibited Use
You must be 18 years or older with full legal capacity to use the service. Use by sanctioned individuals is prohibited. Prohibited activities include: money laundering, market manipulation, terrorism financing, DDoS attacks, and any interference with platform operations.
Service Usage
The platform provides access to market data, charts, Smart Orders, trading bots, and demo mode for learning. You must: create a secure account with confidential credentials; guarantee lawful origin of digital assets; accept full responsibility for your transactions; immediately report any unauthorized access.
API Keys and Exchange Accounts
Tradiflux connects to your exchange accounts via API keys. We do not custody user funds — all operations are executed on connected exchanges. API key usage carries risks including data transmission delays and exchange-side failures. We recommend creating API keys with only necessary permissions (no withdrawal rights).
Limitation of Liability
Tradiflux is not responsible for: data loss, transaction failures, network outages, hardware failures, force majeure, actions of third parties and exchanges. Users acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading is a risky activity.
Intellectual Property
Platform logos, code, design, and content belong to Tradiflux. Copying or modification without written permission is prohibited.
