Refund Policy

All refund requests must be sent to support@tradiflux.com. Each request is reviewed individually.
General Terms
Since the platform offers a free plan for testing, refunds are not guaranteed for reasons outside this policy. Current pricing can be viewed on the Pricing page. All taxes and transaction fees are excluded from the refund amount. One-time promotional codes and discounts are canceled upon refund approval.
Guaranteed Refunds
Tradiflux guarantees full or partial refunds in these cases: Access Denial — if service access is not provided or subscription is not activated within 24 hours of full payment due to technical issues on Tradiflux's side. Accidental Payment — user reports erroneous payment within 24 hours. Wrong Subscription Period — user reports selecting a longer subscription period within 24 hours. Service Downtime — service unavailable for 3+ consecutive hours without prior public notice; refund calculated as 1/30 of monthly subscription cost per affected calendar day.
Exclusions
Refunds are not guaranteed if the user violated Terms of Service, or for unused subscription period upon voluntary service cancellation.
Refund Process
To request a refund, email support@tradiflux.com with the reason and payment details. Processing time is up to 5 business days. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
